The Automobile, Digital Print, 1994. In 6th or 7th grade, I began to take photography classes. This image is one of my first sucessful photos from that time period. The classes were structured to teach students to take, develope and print photographs. I genuinely loved each segment of the process. Years after taking the images, I went back through the various prints and created a series of torn photograph collages. Layering the various photographs added depth and dimension  to the original imagery. I've always been interested in the decontruction and reconstruction of imagery and materials.
